Starting the quest

Talk to the Cook in the kitchen on the ground floor[UK]1st floor[US] of Lumbridge Castle.

Agree to help him find the ingredients for the Duke's birthday cake.

Getting the flour

Pick up a Pot from the table in the Lumbridge Castle kitchen if you don't have one.

Go to the wheat field north-west of Lumbridge, just west of the windmill.

Pick some Wheat.

Enter the Lumbridge windmill.

Climb to the top floor.

Use the Wheat on the hopper.

Operate the hopper controls.

Climb down to the ground floor[UK]1st floor[US].

Use your empty Pot on the flour bin to collect the flour.

Getting the milk

Pick up a Bucket if you don't have one.

Go to the cow field east of the Lumbridge windmill.

Use the Bucket on a cow to get a Bucket of milk.

Getting the egg

Go to Fred the Farmer's farm north-east of Lumbridge (across the river).

Pick up an Egg from inside the chicken coop.

Completing the quest

Return to the Cook in Lumbridge Castle with the Supergrain flour, Bucket of milk, and Egg.

Give him the ingredients to complete the quest.
