Starting the Quest

Talk to Elena in her house in East Ardougne (east of the general store).

Contacting Jerico

Go to the house south of the East Ardougne bank.

Talk to Jerico.

Pick up a Pigeon cage from the table.

Search the cupboards in Jerico's house to find Bird feed.

Contacting Omart & Distraction

Go to Omart's house in the south-west corner of West Ardougne (west of the Carnillean house).

Talk to Omart.

Go to the watchtower directly north of Omart.

Use the Bird feed on the watchtower.

Use the Pigeon cage (ensure it's the cage, not the feed).

Return and talk to Omart.

Click the 'Rope' option on the wall next to Omart to cross into East Ardougne.

Infiltrating the Mourner HQ

Go to the gated building in the north-east corner of West Ardougne.

Pick up a Rotten apple from the barrel just north-west of the building.

Climb over the fence into the compound.

Use the Rotten apple on the Cauldron.

Attempt to open the door to the building. A mourner will speak to you.

Go south-west to Nurse Sarah's house (south of the northern bank).

Search the cupboard inside to find a Doctor's gown.

Equip the Doctor's gown.

Return to the Mourner HQ building.

Retrieving the Distillator

Open the door to the Mourner HQ (with the Doctor's gown equipped).

Enter the building and open the next door.

Climb the staircase.

Open the door.

Talk to the Mourner (any dialogue choice works). Kill the level 13 Mourner that attacks.

Repeat for the second Mourner in the other room to get a key.

Use the key on the gate.

Search the crates inside the gated area until you find the Distillator.

Returning to East Ardougne

Leave the Mourner HQ.

Go to the south-east corner of West Ardougne.

Talk to Kilron and ask him to take you back to East Ardougne.

Preparing the Smuggling

Go back to Elena's house and talk to her. She will give you three liquid samples (vials) and Touch paper.

Warning: Do NOT teleport while carrying the vials, as they will break. You can bank them if needed.

Travel towards Rimmington (or Port Sarim).

Talk to the Chemist in his house west of Rimmington.

Tell him you are friends with Elena and need the paper for Guidor. (Do NOT mention the plague). He will give you Touch paper if Elena didn't already.

Smuggling the Vials

Find the three children near the Rimmington general store:

Give Sulphuric broline to Hops.

Give Liquid honey to Chancy.

Give Ethenea to Da Vinci.

Travel to Varrock. You will be stopped and searched at the gate between Falador/Barbarian Village and Varrock.

Go to the Dancing Donkey Inn in south-east Varrock.

Talk to each of the children inside the inn to retrieve the three vials.

Meeting Guidor

Go to Guidor's house, just south-east of the Dancing Donkey Inn.

Talk to Alrena (Guidor's wife).

Equip the Priest gown and Priest robe (top).

Talk to Alrena again. She will let you see Guidor.

Talk to Guidor. Tell him Elena sent you and give him the vials and touch paper.

Listen to Guidor reveal the truth about the 'plague'.

Reporting Back

Return to Ardougne (you can now teleport).

Talk to Elena in her house and tell her what Guidor discovered.

Completing the Quest

Go to Ardougne Castle (south part of East Ardougne).

Go up to the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US].

Talk to King Lathas to finish the quest and claim your reward.
