The dwarf commander, Captain Lawgof, needs help repairing his base and defences against goblin attacks.

Starting the Quest

Cross the log bridge (requires 20 Agility) west of Seers' Village to reach the Coal Trucks area.

Speak to Captain Lawgof.

Agree to help him fix the fence. He will give you 6 railings.

Inspect the broken sections of the fence surrounding the camp until you have used all 6 railings. The locations are fixed but require searching.

Return and speak to Captain Lawgof.

Investigating the Watchtower

Captain Lawgof asks you to check on his watchtower to the south.

Go south to the Dwarven Watchtower.

Climb up the ladder and take the Dwarf remains.

Return to Captain Lawgof and give him the remains.

Rescuing Gilob

Captain Lawgof tells you the remains belonged to Gilob's father and asks you to find the child.

Head southeast, past the Fishing Guild, towards the windmill near Ardougne.

Enter the cave entrance located just west of the windmill.

Inside the cave, go to the room diagonally opposite the entrance (north-west corner).

Search the crates in this room until you find Gilob. He will automatically run back.

Return to Captain Lawgof.

Repairing the Cannon

Speak to Captain Lawgof. He will give you a Dwarf toolkit and ask you to fix the cannon.

Go into the small shed just north of Lawgof.

Use the toolkit on the broken multicannon inside the shed.

Inspect the cannon parts (Spring, Safety switch, Gear) repeatedly until they are all fixed. You will likely fail multiple times.

Speak to Captain Lawgof again.

Retrieving the Mould

Lawgof sends you to the dwarven base near Ice Mountain to get cannon schematics.

Travel to the Dwarven Mine entrance south of Ice Mountain (use Falador teleport for speed).

Find Nulodion in a small building just east of the mine entrance.

Speak to Nulodion. He will give you the Ammo mould and Nulodion's notes.

Completing the Quest

Return to Captain Lawgof at the Coal Trucks (use Camelot/Seers' teleport).

Speak to him one last time to complete the quest.
