Description

Thormac has lost his rare lesser kharid scorpions after leaving their cage door open. These scorpions have hidden in areas that are rather difficult to get into. You will have to overcome various challenges (and drink a lot) and get all the scorpions back. If you manage to help him Thormac will improve your battle staffs.

Must be able to navigate deep into the Taverley Dungeon (past blue dragons and black demons).

Enemies to Defeat

Jail Guard (level 47) (if Dusty key is needed)

Combat level sufficient to survive Taverley Dungeon monsters (level 48 Black Knights, level 53 Chaos Dwarves, level 70 Lesser Demons, level 74 Blue Dragons, level 82 Black Demons).

Dusty key (can be obtained during the quest)
About 300 coins (for the Bar Crawl)
Teleports to various bar locations (Varrock, Falador, Camelot/Seers', Ardougne, Tree Gnome Stronghold)

Walkthrough

Starting the Quest

Speak to Thormac on the 2nd floor[UK]3rd floor[US] of the Wizards' Tower. Agree to help find his scorpions.

He will give you a Scorpion cage.

(Optional) Speak to the Seer in Seers' Village for hints on the scorpion locations.

Third Scorpion - Edgeville Monastery

Ensure you have 31 Prayer.

Go to the Edgeville Monastery (between Edgeville and Ice Mountain).

Enter the monastery and climb the ladder to the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US].

Use the Scorpion cage on the Kharid scorpion wandering around.

Completing the Quest

With all three scorpions in cages, return to Thormac at the Wizards' Tower.

Speak to him to hand over the scorpions and claim your reward.
